ADIGE LaserTube Model LT712D Automated Laser Tube Cutting System
Arctic Fox LLC, Delano, MN is proud to announce the addition of an ADIGE LaserTube Model LT712D Automated Laser Tube Cutting System to our production capability. This addition positions Arctic Fox Contract Manufacturing Services as a full service production facility for tube products and assemblies. This tube laser system will handle the cutting of tubes made of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys.
Cutting Capability
- ROUND tubes with diameter from 12 mm up to 140 mm (0.5” to 5.5”)
- SQUARE tube with side dimension from 12 mm up to 120mm (0.5” to 4.7”)
- RECTANGULAR and FLAT OVAL tubes having a section that can be inscribed in a 170 mm (6.7”) diameter circle with side dimension from 12 mm up to140 mm (0.5” to 5.5”) and maximum difference between sides of 110 mm (4.33”)
The BLM Adige Laser Tube machine is a fully automated multi-axis laser system that allows customers to add value to their tubular assemblies and parts with fewer operations and minimal investment and lead time for costly tooling.
